Yes of course, the important thing is that the pets are all in the same photo from which we take inspiration to work.(up to 3 pets)

Q.Is my pet photo good enough to use?

We check all pet photos we receive. Usually the photo is perfectly fine. If there's a problem we'll email you and explain the issue,

and request some new photos via email. Photos that work best are taken in good, natural lighting, and at eye-level with your pet.

Q.Do you draw all kinds of pets?

We design portraits for pets of all shapes and sizes. Cats, horses, rabbits and anything in between. All animals are welcome!

Follow the tips below when taking your pet's photo! If you aren't able to follow these steps exactly, don't worry! We have a dedicated

team who check all orders and photos as they come in. If your photo doesn't meet our criteria, we'll let you know within some hours of receiving your order.

• Close up photos work best!

• Take your photo at eye level with your pet.

• Take your photo in natural daylight and don't use flash.

• Try to get your pet to sit or stay still - make sure there's no blur.

• Make sure long floppy ears are in the photo and are not out of frame.
